ARTISTS & CRAFTERS' FAQs

How much are the fees and what is included?

75 EUR table fee for crafters
115 EUR table fee for artists
115 EUR table fee for food

Only 1 table is included - 120x80cm. Please feel free be creative & to decorate your table.

WE DON'T TAKE ANY COMMISSIONS ON YOUR SALES. You get to keep them. :)

What is the application process to book a crafter or artist table?

Application Process:

1. Apply through the form
Storya Festival Application Form
2. Storya Festival Theme selects participants
3. After selection, we'll send the participation agreement
4. Vendor partners sign the agreement to participate
5. We invoice
6. Vendor partners pay for the table

If not selected for may 9, Scolta Grounds is planning a bigger event in November 2026. We would really love to highlight our multicultural heritage and background. :D

Are there any product restrictions?

Please sell your human-made products.

No AI-made art at this event.

How are product sales handled?

You keep all your sales. We do NOT take any commissions.

How can we help make Storya Festival a success?

Please invite your friends, families, and supporters. We would really appreciate your help!
