Who can sell at Scolta Grounds?

ARTISTS: Visual Artists, Artisans, Crafters, Fashion Designers, Literary Artists, Creative Businesses, & Cultural Collectives, who want to sell their works while proudly representing their cultures.

What can I sell at Scolta Grounds?

We welcome original creations you’ve personally made—or with a clearly disclosed collaborator.

  • Art & Crafts: Paintings, sculptures, ceramics, wood, metal, textiles, weaving, leather, home décor, fashion, and other handcrafted works.
  • Human-Created Digital Art: Cards, stationery, digital illustrations, and other original digital creations.
  • Workshops & Experiences:
  1. Artisan/Cultural Workshops: woodwork, metalwork, pottery, and similar crafts (all bookings via Scolta Grounds)
  2. Cultural Experiences: dancing, singing, music, and other cultural/artistic performance activities
  • Transparency & Authenticity: Use your own photos, describe your process, and disclose collaborators. AI-generated works are not allowed.

  • Important: All items—physical or digital—must be entirely your own work. Mass-produced, factory-made, or dropshipped items are not allowed.

How does commission work @ Scolta?

We only charge an 18% commission on your final sale price. We are significantly more affordable than other galleries & platforms charging at least 30% - 50%. Why? Although we're a start-up also needing funds, helping you, our partner artists is our top priority.

This is the only thing we charge. :) No hidden fees.

What is the order, delivery, & payment process?

Order & Payment Process

  1. A customer purchases an item on Scolta Grounds.
  2. Scolta Grounds will notify you of the sale via e-mail.
  3. You must confirm receipt of the order with Scolta Grounds within 2 calendar days.
  4. You must ship the item to the customer within 7 working days of order confirmation and provide a valid tracking link.
  5. Once the item has been successfully delivered and received by the customer, you will issue an invoice to Scolta Grounds.
  6. Scolta Grounds will transfer the payout, minus the 18% commission fee, according to the agreed payment schedule.

Yes, of course! You are welcome to join us. At Scolta, you'll also be saving money, time, & energy. You're not paying for website fees or spending a lot of time on social media, etc.. Focus on creating, and we'll take care of the rest.
